Bodrum-Turkey Yoga & Pilates Retreat
30th September - 7th October 2023
£1100 per person
The 2023 retreat will be held on the Bodrum Peninsula, which stretches from Turkey's southwest coast into the Aegean Sea. The city features twin bays with views of Bodrum Castle. This medieval fortress was built partly with stones from the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, completed in the 4th century B.C. The city is also a gateway for nearby beach towns and resorts. Bodrum is fast becoming the Saint-Tropez of the Turkey Riviera, with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Beyoncé and the Saudi royal family choosing to spend their summers here. This trendy, cosmopolitan town is made up of sugar-cube houses that spill down the hillside into two turquoise bays.
The retreat will be held at the Hotel Torbahan - a beautiful whitewashed seafront hotel. The cost is based on a sharing double room with a Yogi/Yogini. If you require a single room, an addition charge will apply. (£50 per night). We will practise our Yoga & Pilates sessions either around the pool or on the decking that belongs to the Hotel just over the sea. You need to bring your own beach towel and mat.
